Product Manager Collaboration Platforms - Atlassian Tools (m/f/n)

Location: Remote within Poland; based in Warsaw, Poland.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap, backlog, governance, and standards for Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, and additional collaboration platforms.
• Lead the Jira Cloud migration, defining scope and outcomes while coordinating with the external delivery partner.
• Define product direction and priorities while the Collaboration Platforms team handles technical execution.
• Gather and prioritise requirements from business and technical stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Represent the platform roadmap and make pragmatic decisions across functions and markets.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Service Desk.
• Solid product management experience with a structured, ownership-oriented approach.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
• Assertiveness and confidence in setting standards, prioritising, and defending decisions.
• Communicative Polish and fluent English are required.
• Availability for a B2B contract and remote work within Poland.

Nice to have

• Atlassian, ITIL Foundation, or project management certification.
• Experience with Atlassian Cloud migrations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Miro administration, or ITSM frameworks.
