What you will do
- Define and execute the group's operational strategy and evolve operating models across products and business units.
- Lead cross-functional operations, align priorities, and improve collaboration across teams.
- Optimize workflows, delivery processes, resource allocation, and organizational efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks while improving key business metrics and profitability.
- Implement management frameworks, operational standards, and executive reporting.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of C-level leadership experience within a digital business.
- Experience leading cross-functional organizations of 50+ people.
- Proven success in building teams and leading organizational transformations.
- Experience improving profitability and optimizing budgets while maintaining business performance.
- Strong strategic planning and financial management skills.
- Full commitment to the role without parallel businesses or side ventures.
