What you will do

• Define and execute the company’s business and growth strategy across multiple markets.
• Set long-term objectives and KPIs, and ensure delivery against them.
• Analyze markets, competitors, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify, validate, launch, and scale new markets, products, monetization models, and business directions.
• Lead strategic and cross-functional business initiatives while managing corporate and marketing budgets.
• Partner with C-level stakeholders and prepare strategic, analytical, and investment reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a CBDO, CCO, or in a similar executive role within an international iGaming or digital business.
• Track record of expanding into new markets and scaling businesses.
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, market share, and profitability across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of product unit economics.
• Experience managing large budgets and cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven decision-making experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
