What you will do

• Design and develop Java backend applications for high-volume, low-latency banking systems.
• Contribute to analysis, programming, testing, debugging, and other stages of the development lifecycle.
• Implement REST web services, integrations, messaging workflows, and persistence layers.
• Ensure solutions comply with specifications, architectural standards, and clean-code practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable software.
• Support continuous technical improvement across the project.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot in medium- to high-complexity projects.
• Strong Java and J2EE development experience, including Java application servers such as JBoss EAP.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture, REST, dependency injection, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Experience with MQ brokers, JMS, SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle, and OpenAPI specifications.
• Experience working with XML, JSON, CSV, and positional file formats.
• Fluent Portuguese and English required.
