What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications for leasing solutions.
• Translate requirements into production-ready software with product managers, architects, and developers.
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering best practices.
• Diagnose complex technical issues and improve application performance.
• Apply emerging technologies and participate in Agile/Scrum delivery.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of Java development experience, preferably in financial services or a similar industry.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL database management systems.
• Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience.
• Fluent French and English; fluent English is mandatory.
• Existing legal right to work in Europe.

Nice to have

• Java or related technology certifications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or DevOps practices.
