TL;DR
Country Manager (iGaming): Building and scaling an iGaming brand within a target GEO across Europe, Turkey, or Canada with an accent on P&L ownership, affiliate acquisition, payments, localization, and local operations. Focus on launching market operations, optimizing FTD, LTV/CAC, NGR, retention, VIP contribution, and brand reputation while building and leading local teams.
Location: Fully remote; the target market must be one of Europe, Turkey, or Canada.

What you will do
- Own the target GEO’s P&L, strategic direction, and overall market performance.
- Build or strengthen the brand presence, including product localization, traffic acquisition, CRM, VIP, payments, support, and reputation management.
- Drive affiliate traffic, influencer partnerships, media plans, and FTD growth.
- Audit market metrics, domains, payment infrastructure, affiliate tracking, and operational processes.
- Build, onboard, and manage local teams while monitoring KPIs and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with central Product, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Tech teams and lead competitive intelligence and crisis-response activities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of iGaming experience across affiliate, traffic, product, or country operations.
- Experience with .com economics, including CAC, LTV, NGR, CPA, and affiliate revshare models.
- Experience launching and scaling operations in Europe, Turkey, or Canada.
- Experience with PSP and payment infrastructure in offshore verticals, affiliate tracking platforms, dashboards, and actionable KPI analysis.
- Experience building and managing local teams, including hiring, onboarding, and KPI management.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Experience with crypto payments and on-ramp solutions.
- Knowledge of Responsible Gaming and compliance processes.
- User-level knowledge of Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience in crisis communications and review platform management.
