What you will do
- Coordinate game releases by preparing images, configurations, bonus contribution settings, and game weights.
- Maintain casino lobbies across brands, including rankings, categories, new game boards, thumbnails, and removal of disabled titles.
- Perform daily operational checks covering big winners, replay requests, opposite betting, free spins, and related escalations.
- Monitor player fraud alerts, request additional information from providers, and handle first-line brand escalations.
- Analyze player behavior and performance trends with Data and Google Analytics teams and contribute to BI dashboards.
- Prepare competitor reviews and operational reports while identifying recurring issues and workflow improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in iGaming, focused on online casino operations.
- Experience managing game lobbies, casino promotions, and relationships with third-party providers.
- Strong knowledge of casino games, game providers, market trends, and the competitor landscape.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with iGaming regulatory and compliance requirements.
