What you will do

• Define and execute marketing strategies for products across international markets.
• Set priorities for existing regions and market expansion.
• Own marketing budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Lead integrated 360° campaigns and strategic initiatives.
• Measure marketing effectiveness and align marketing with Product, Analytics, and Operations.
• Lead multidisciplinary marketing teams and strengthen the brand's presence at industry events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a CMO in an international digital company.
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market and regional marketing strategies.
• A track record of launching and scaling products in new markets.
• A strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of marketing performance metrics.
• Experience managing large-scale marketing budgets and delivering campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
• Willingness to relocate to Europe with full relocation support.
