AI Engineer (Machine Learning/LLMs): Designing, developing, and scaling AI-driven solutions for logistics projects from proof-of-concept to production with an accent on machine learning, deep learning, and LLM applications. What you will do
- Identify business needs and opportunities where AI can create measurable value.
- Design, develop, evaluate, and iterate machine learning and deep learning proof-of-concepts.
- Analyze PoC outcomes and convert high-value concepts into scalable minimum viable products.
- Optimize and fine-tune AI models and algorithms for accuracy, efficiency, reliability, and usability.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and develop new AI-driven applications with product and engineering teams.
- Document methodologies and results, communicate findings to stakeholders, and provide technical guidance to junior AI engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Professional experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, machine learning, deep learning techniques, algorithms, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and LangChain.
- Proficiency in Python and Java, with experience using tools such as NumPy, pandas, and Matplotlib.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI services, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and self-management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with big data processing and distributed computing frameworks such as Hadoop or Spark.
