Associate Creative Director, Art (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in the United States, with New York, NY listed as the role location. The company also offers the option to work from anywhere globally for up to two weeks each year.

Salary: $145,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and direct concepts for advertising and promotional campaigns across multiple media.
• Lead creative strategy and delivery for brands and projects in collaboration with brand teams, art directors, copywriters, and designers.
• Present creative concepts and represent current creative thinking to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Set high creative standards and constructively challenge teams to improve ideation and execution.
• Mentor, supervise, and train junior and mid-weight creatives.
• Lead new-business pitch work and contribute to agency growth and commercial targets.

Requirements

• Experience in a creative role at a recognised healthcare advertising agency.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience developing compelling narratives for concept presentations.
• Understanding of communication platforms and design tools, including video, PowerPoint, websites, apps, print, and immersive experiences.
• Demonstrated mentorship, teamwork, collaboration, and creative leadership experience.
• Entrepreneurial approach to identifying new creative opportunities and improving ways of working.
