DFT Lead (Semiconductors)

TL;DR

DFT Lead (Semiconductors) (DFT/SoC Test): Implementing and validating design-for-test flows for complex SoCs and advanced process nodes with an accent on scan compression, JTAG, ATPG, MBIST/LBIST, timing, and silicon bring-up. Focus on debugging test coverage and pattern efficiency, resolving cross-functional timing issues, and leading a multilocational DFT engineering team.

Location: Hybrid work in Poland, with locations in Kraków, Opole, Lublin, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Warszawa, Katowice, Bydgoszcz, and Poznań. Office-based onboarding is required before transitioning to the hybrid model.

What you will do

• Implement DFT solutions in line with test methodologies for advanced process nodes.
• Perform top- and block-level DFT insertion, including scan compression, JTAG, ATPG, pattern validation, MBIST, and LBIST.
• Collaborate with physical design teams to resolve timing constraints and simulation issues.
• Verify DFT circuitry and interfaces with other components and IPs.
• Debug and improve test coverage, pattern efficiency, and other DFT KPIs.
• Support hierarchical retargeting, silicon bring-up, physical failure analysis, and the work of a multilocational DFT team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with DFT and test flows for large, complex SoCs using commercial EDA tools.
• Strong knowledge of JTAG, ATPG, yield learning, logic diagnosis, scan compression, IEEE 1500, MBIST, and LBIST.
• Experience with Synopsys DFT Compiler, Tetramax, VCS, Tessent, or the Modus/Encounter tool suite.
• Hands-on scripting experience with Perl, Tcl, or Python.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with RTL simulation, synthesis, linting, CDC and RDC checks, STA, and DFT quality metrics.
