What you will do
- Design, develop, and validate process simulation models using discrete event simulation (DES) tools.
- Optimize production processes, material flows, and logistics for manufacturing, warehousing, and automotive industries.
- Execute simulation experiments and what-if analyses to identify system performance improvements.
- Develop simulation models using Python and relevant libraries.
- Integrate simulation models with operational data to support Digital Twin initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into simulation-based solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing simulation models using platforms like AnyLogic or FlexSim.
- Hands-on experience with simulation development in Python using libraries such as SimPy or AgentPy.
- Practical knowledge of mathematical optimization tools like Gurobi or CPLEX.
- Understanding of Digital Twins and simulation-driven decision support.
- English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physics.
Nice to have
- Experience with Industrial Metaverse concepts.
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration in simulation.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA Omniverse.
