Middle Process Simulation Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, and validate process simulation models using discrete-event simulation tools.
• Simulate and optimize production processes, material flows, and logistics across manufacturing, warehousing, retail, and automotive domains.
• Design simulation experiments, what-if analyses, and optimization scenarios to evaluate system performance.
• Develop Python-based simulation models and integrate them with operational or real-time data.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into simulation-based solutions.
• Explore Digital Twins, Industrial Metaverse, AI/ML, and NVIDIA Omniverse to enhance simulation capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing simulation models with discrete-event simulation platforms such as AnyLogic or FlexSim.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
• Hands-on Python simulation experience with libraries such as SimPy, PySim, Simulus, MESA, or AgentPy.
• Practical knowledge of mathematical optimization tools such as cuOpt, Gurobi, or CPLEX.
• Understanding of Digital Twins, Industrial Metaverse concepts, and simulation-driven decision support.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency and strong communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
