What you will do

• Design, develop, and validate simulation models using discrete event simulation and agent-based modeling techniques.
• Build Digital Twin solutions to simulate, analyze, and optimize industrial processes and operational workflows.
• Conduct simulation experiments and what-if analyses to support business and engineering decisions.
• Integrate simulation models with operational and real-time data sources to enable adaptive solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into simulation solutions.
• Explore and adopt emerging technologies such as NVIDIA Omniverse, AI/ML, and the Industrial Metaverse.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing simulation models using platforms such as AnyLogic or FlexSim.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Python simulation libraries such as SimPy, PySim, Simulus, MESA, or AgentPy.
• Practical knowledge of mathematical optimization tools such as cuOpt, Gurobi, or CPLEX.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Location: Must be based in Poland.
