What you will do

• Deliver Tier 1 technical support for deployment, transformation, and modernization projects.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support, troubleshoot complex network issues, and mentor field technicians.
• Execute channel additions, node insertions, traffic migrations, and hardware and software upgrades without disrupting end-user services.
• Draft and implement network test plans and non-intrusive Methods of Procedure.
• Perform network audits, architecture design, and modernization planning through the EMOP process.
• Act as the technical interface for customers and improve field deployment processes through Right First Time initiatives.

Requirements

• Technical or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8–12 years of experience in telecom installation, provisioning, testing, live network migration, and consulting.
• Advanced knowledge of hirify.global products, with essential expertise in hirify.global 6500.
• US citizenship and a valid US driver’s license are required.
• Availability for off-hours maintenance windows and 50–75% domestic travel, with international travel as needed.
