Business Support Specialist (Seafood)

What you will do

• Coordinate scheduling and administration for global seafood audits.
• Support auditor onboarding, contractor documentation, and management of international contractor networks.
• Maintain accurate data across CRM and operational systems.
• Assist with client communications, audit preparation, reporting, and certification records.
• Monitor workflow pipelines to support timely service delivery and invoicing.
• Provide administrative support to Service Delivery and Technical teams.

Requirements

• Experience in administration, operations, or business support.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and prioritisation skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an international environment.
• Confidence working with systems and operational data; CRM experience is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach with a strong focus on delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience in food, seafood, agriculture, or certification environments.
