Analog-Mixed Signal Design Engineer (Automotive)

Location: Timisoara, Romania

Develops and manufactures hardware, software, services, and semiconductors for future mobility through a fabless semiconductor organization.

What you will do

• Participate in ASIC feasibility studies and define circuit specifications.
• Design transistor-level analog and mixed-signal circuit blocks.
• Simulate, test, and validate analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Document circuit designs and validation results.
• Develop test procedures and support circuit layout and testing.

Requirements

• Master of Science or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience designing analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Experience with analog circuit design and a basic understanding of BCD technologies.
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor backend production, including testing, assembly, and failure analysis.
• Experience with electronic CAD tools; IC design experience with Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor is advantageous.
• Very good written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with reference circuits, amplifiers, ADCs, interface design, regulators, layout, or digital design.
