Senior Product Manager (Learning Experience) (AI/EdTech): Building and scaling a world-class cybersecurity learning experience with an accent on product strategy, pedagogy, behavioural data, and AI-first features. Location: 100% remote, available from anywhere, with at least 4 hours of overlap with the UK timezone between 08:00 and 18:00.

What you will do

• Lead the Learning Experience squad and own the vision and strategy for the cybersecurity learning product area.
• Conduct product discovery using qualitative research, behavioural data, and usage insights.
• Define, prototype, and deliver AI-first learning features, including clear boundaries for AI suggestions, automation, and silence.
• Partner with design and engineering to define requirements, validate concepts, and ship product improvements.
• Lead multiple projects, sprints, experiments, and roadmap planning while maintaining delivery quality and timelines.
• Work with founders and senior leadership to shape company-level product strategy and priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or software, with ownership of a significant product area.
• Proven experience shipping and scaling complex, high-impact 0-to-1 features from ambiguity to measurable outcomes.
• Strong AI product expertise, including tool and model selection, workflow design, feature evaluation, accuracy, and edge cases.
• Strong skills in data analysis, user research, product writing, feature lifecycle management, and product decision-making.
• Experience managing multiple projects and sprints, prioritising work, maintaining backlogs and documentation, and driving execution independently.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead discovery and workshops, and align cross-functional teams around outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience in EdTech or learning products, with knowledge of pedagogy and instructional design.
• Experience running SaaS growth-funnel experiments.
