What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the academy product portfolio from research to strategy and launch.
• Build and manage program portfolios aligned with market demand while planning resources for the Learning Experience team.
• Collaborate with sales to analyze client needs and ensure course customization drives high ROI.
• Monitor and improve course quality metrics including NPS and CSAT to prioritize product refactoring.
• Partner with Student Success to ensure smooth product launches and high client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, specifically within the education or EdTech sector.
• Strong background in market research, business strategy, and product analytics.
• Experience managing budgets, product unit economics, and ROI calculations.
• Ability to launch and scale digital products while managing the full product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
