Salary: 20,100–31,790 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Create, prototype, implement, and optimize high-quality real-time VFX in Unreal Engine 5.
• Develop particle systems and visual effects for gameplay, characters, cinematics, and environments.
• Collaborate with artists, designers, programmers, and other disciplines to deliver cohesive player experiences.
• Improve VFX workflows and pipelines while researching new techniques and technologies.
• Debug, profile, and optimize effects against quality, performance, and memory budgets.
• Share expertise, provide technical guidance, and support the growth of fellow team members.

Requirements

• Professional experience creating real-time visual effects for games.
• Strong artistic sensibility and attention to detail, composition, and motion.
• Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 5, real-time simulations, VFX tools, and Niagara.
• Understanding of rendering techniques, shaders, lighting, real-time graphics, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, experiment, and communicate clearly and empathetically.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, and a portfolio are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Houdini, Maya, or Blender.
• Experience with Blueprint scripting in Unreal Engine.
