What you will do

• Create and polish character and creature animations using keyframe and mocap workflows.
• Implement locomotion, traversal, and combat animations via Animation Blueprints in Unreal Engine.
• Iterate on timing and responsiveness to ensure high-quality gameplay feel.
• Co-direct motion capture sessions and integrate captured takes.
• Collaborate with Tech Animators and Gameplay Designers for seamless system integration.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Gameplay Animator.
• Solid hands-on experience with Unreal Engine.
• Strong understanding of locomotion, combat, and traversal animation systems.
• English: B2/C1 level required.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Katowice, Poland.

Nice to have

• Extensive experience with motion capture session planning and directing.
• Previous experience as Lead Animator, Animation Supervisor, or Animation Director.
• Hands-on experience with complex boss fight animations.
