What you will do

  • Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for RateHawk.com Selections.
  • Build a continuous pipeline of opportunities based on funnel data, content gaps, and user friction.
  • Run rapid product experiments, evaluate results, and define follow-up bets.
  • Analyze market and competitor changes, agent and traveller behaviour, and product performance.
  • Conduct and apply qualitative research, including interviews and usability testing.
  • Align Product, Engineering, Commercial, Operations, ML, and Analytics around priorities and shipped outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience owning product strategy, vision, and roadmap for a digital product.
  • Ability to use quantitative and qualitative research to identify root causes and high-impact opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of experimentation, funnel analysis, and measurable revenue growth.
  • Ability to define product scope and acceptance criteria and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
  • Ability to make data-informed decisions and build alignment across multiple functions.
