Green Coffee Quality Coordinator (Coffee Quality)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; full-time onsite work in the office, 5 days per week is required.

hirify.global is a specialty green coffee sourcing and distribution start-up headquartered in Amsterdam that works directly with producers and serves specialty coffee roasters.

What you will do

• Lead the Poland QC lab and manage coffee sample identification, documentation, database records, and inventory.
• Roast samples according to established protocols, manage roasting profiles, and conduct physical grading, cupping, sensory evaluations, and laboratory tests.
• Organize cupping sessions, maintain equipment and work areas, and ensure consistent application of quality control standards.
• Prepare quality reports, analyze testing results, and provide feedback and improvement recommendations to sourcing and sales teams.
• Pack, label, repackage, and ship coffee samples while managing supply needs and sample room organization.
• Support coffee selection and approval decisions, communicate quality standards to producers and suppliers, and train new team members when needed.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of coffee quality, sensory evaluation, structured cupping, and green coffee evaluation.
• Solid understanding of coffee roasting concepts and experience roasting samples.
• Experience with Excel spreadsheets and database management.
• Proficient written and spoken English is required.
• Ability and commitment to work onsite in the Warsaw, Poland office full-time, 5 days per week.
• Organized, process-oriented, detail-oriented, self-motivated, independent, and collaborative.
