Event and Marketing Intern | Antler Sweden | 2026

hirify.global is an early-stage venture capital firm supporting ambitious founders from day zero across a global network of cities and startup ecosystems.

What you will do

• Support the platform lead with operations across Sweden and gradually take on more ownership.
• Plan and run events ranging from founder dinners to larger partner events.
• Support founders working from the Stockholm office with their day-to-day needs.
• Manage communications and logistics across the founder and investor community.
• Help strengthen the Nordic founder community and support broader regional initiatives.
• Contribute to projects that strengthen hirify.global’s position in the Nordic early-stage ecosystem.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in startups and a desire to build a career in or around the startup ecosystem.
• Highly organized approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with founders, investors, and ecosystem partners.
• Academic grounding in business or operations, and/or experience leading projects, organizing events, or building communities.
• Ability to take initiative, identify what needs to be done, and work effectively without constant direction.
• Student status; the full-time commitment can be combined with studies.

• Experience running an independent project, event, or community.
