What you will do

• Develop annual and monthly growth plans for supply acquisition and user engagement.
• Build initiative roadmaps using growth loops and multiple acquisition channels.
• Create go-to-market plans for strategic property marketplace features.
• Execute and optimize online and offline campaigns targeting property agents.
• Track campaign performance, identify actionable insights, and define improvement initiatives.
• Develop user communication strategies and marketing automation flows to improve conversion, activation, and engagement.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience planning, executing, and optimizing marketing or growth campaigns.
• Critical, logical, and data-oriented thinking with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, interpersonal skills, and a proactive work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under time pressure.
• Strong command of English and Vietnamese is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field with good academic records.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the property industry.
• Experience with SQL or BigQuery.
• A strong data mindset.
