🌱 Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Vietnam KOL Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Source, pitch, test-run, and sign mid-tier KOLs in the Vietnam market (focusing on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) to build and maintain a localized KOL resource pool.
- Establish a KOL grading system and standardized cooperation mechanisms tailored to the Vietnamese market; optimize business communications and contract workflows to improve outreach response rates, signing rates, and long-term partnership retention.
2️⃣ Conversion Funnel Operations & Data-Driven Growth
- Align closely with core growth metrics including Registration, KYC, First-Time Deposits (FTD), and Trading to design tailored test-run models and incentive schemes for Vietnamese KOLs.
- Track and analyze KOL campaign data (impressions, clicks, conversion rates, etc.), generate regular performance review reports, and optimize ROI through tiered operations of high-converting KOLs.
3️⃣ Localized Content Collaboration & Creative Iteration
- Collaborate closely with the content team and central creative hub to produce high-quality localized creatives (video scripts, titles, thumbnails, and promotional materials) that resonate with local Vietnamese trends and user behavior.
- Facilitate A/B testing for KOL content and establish a closed-loop workflow: "Creative Output - Data Feedback - Rapid Iteration" to boost video views and conversion performance.
4️⃣ Vietnam Social Media Matrix Incubation
- Rapidly build and operate localized social media matrix accounts (e.g., TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Groups) and explore the integration of AI tools in content generation.
- Set up an experimental pipeline for "Trend Catching - Rapid Content Production - Multi-Channel Distribution" to achieve low-cost organic reach and brand exposure.
5️⃣ Cross-Functional Collaboration & Payment Process Optimization
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, User Acquisition, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment, tracking, incentive payouts, and cross-border/local payment settlements for KOLs.
- Gather on-the-ground feedback from Vietnamese KOLs and users to propose localized product features and experience updates.

🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ Language Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in #Vietnamese (exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of negotiating contracts with local creators without barriers). Strong working proficiency in #English or #Chinese for smooth internal cross-border collaboration.
2️⃣ Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above; at least 2–3 years of experience in overseas social media operations or KOL operations (candidates with an established network of Vietnamese KOLs or previous study/work experience in Vietnam are highly preferred).
3️⃣ Deeply familiar with the Vietnamese social media landscape (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook/Messenger); highly sensitive to the preferences, pain points, and content styles of Vietnamese Gen Z.
4️⃣ Industry Background: Prior experience in Web3, Crypto, CEX, Fintech, or Cross-border E-commerce/Global Expansion is highly preferred; possessing a solid understanding of the "Acquisition - Conversion - Retention" funnel.
5️⃣ Strong data analytical skills; proficient in using data tools to evaluate KOL campaign performance and identify optimization bottlenecks.
