TL;DR
Transfer Pricing - Senior Specialist (International Tax): Preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation, policies, intercompany pricing models, and agreements with an accent on OECD principles, benchmarking, and cross-border stakeholder support. Focus on supporting audits, APAs, MAPs, M&A integration, and the implementation of transfer pricing technologies.
Location: Warsaw, Poland; remote working with occasional visits to the Warsaw office

What you will do
- Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, Master Files, and benchmarking studies.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of transfer pricing policies and intercompany pricing models.
- Draft and manage intercompany agreements with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders.
- Provide transfer pricing advice to regional and local teams on complex business and tax matters.
- Support transfer pricing audits, APAs, MAPs, and other tax controversy projects.
- Contribute to M&A, business integration, process improvement, automation, and transfer pricing technology initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional transfer pricing experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law, or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international transfer pricing principles.
- Experience with Local Files, Master Files, benchmarking studies, and intercompany agreements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to work independently.
- Fluent English, written and spoken; advanced Excel skills and familiarity with transfer pricing databases and research tools.
