Talent Acquisition Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite work in Machelen/Diegem, Belgium

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from vacancy publication and CV screening through interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
• Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, job fairs, networking, and other channels.
• Prepare clear and detailed candidate reports for hiring stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Business Line, HR business partner, capacity manager, people managers, and technical interviewers.
• Provide market trends, target-group insights, and recruitment data to the business.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment-process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience in-house or at a recruitment agency, preferably in IT recruitment.
• Structured, curious approach with strong attention to CVs, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
• Comfort communicating with diverse candidates, including technical profiles.
• Fluent Dutch and English required; French is an additional asset.
• Ability and flexibility to work from the Diegem office in Belgium.
• Experience with ATS platforms, Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter, plus a general interest in IT and technological innovation.
