What you will do
- Identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and support cross-functional planning for new initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales leaders, marketing teams, distributors, product managers, and application consultants across the Americas.
- Develop positioning, messaging, portfolio strategies, marketing content, methodologies, and sales-support tools.
- Analyze market data, conduct research, and engage with customers to guide vehicle-scale applications and segments.
- Support global Industrial division initiatives and facilitate knowledge sharing across business units.
- Serve as the primary internal contact for VEH products, services, opportunities, and market information.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited university.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to turn raw data into clear business insights.
- Knowledge of relevant market segments, including food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and aggregates industries.
- Strong networking, presentation, communication, autonomy, and self-motivation skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; availability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

- Master’s degree in business or marketing.
