Technical Project Manager (IoT Hardware)

What you will do

• Organize sprint planning, task breakdown, prioritization, and completion tracking.
• Translate product requirements and decisions into clear engineering and design tasks.
• Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, risks, agreements, and changes in scope.
• Maintain the backlog, roadmap, documentation, and task statuses.
• Coordinate product, engineering, design, operations, vendors, contractors, legal, and finance.
• Run team syncs, document decisions, and drive follow-up actions through completion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Product Operations Manager in a technology product company.
• Experience working within a product or engineering team and owning delivery from initial scoping through release.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum processes, sprint management, requirements, user scenarios, acceptance criteria, and engineering tasks.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and how hardware, firmware, mobile, and backend components interact.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems, manage parallel workstreams, and resolve organizational issues proactively.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above is required for international collaboration with teams, vendors, and contractors.

Nice to have

• Experience with hardware, IoT, or embedded products.
• Background in business or system analysis, QA, or software engineering with ownership of development coordination and delivery.
• Experience with roadmap tools, process diagrams, or workflow-mapping systems.
