What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle and profitability of the CytoDirect cell-counting portfolio.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, segmentation, and addressable market opportunities.
• Develop product strategy covering enhancements, new products, positioning, pricing, and distribution.
• Build business cases with market analyses, requirements documentation, pricing, communication tools, and success criteria.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies, product launches, sales tools, and global marketing campaigns.
• Act as a product expert while collaborating with sales, customers, regional project managers, and market organizations.

Requirements

• Higher degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of product management experience in life sciences or a related field, preferably involving instrument development.
• Experience developing market-aligned product strategies through leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Technical understanding of life-science instruments, cell-counting workflows, relevant regulations, and industry best practices.
• Fluent English communication skills required; the role is based in Switzerland.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10–15%.
