Salary: CAD $152,700 – $251,200

What you will do
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for self-managed platform services.
- Own the customer experience for deployment and operation across Kubernetes, Helm, on-premises, bare-metal, and air-gapped environments.
- Gather and prioritize feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to guide innovation.
- Manage product backlogs and strategic initiatives to maximize customer value and product adoption.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Solution Architecture teams.
- Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager working with enterprise software or platform products.
- Experience managing products available in both SaaS and self-managed/on-premises deployment models.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerized environments, and modern deployment practices.
- Ability to work hands-on with technical products and solve customer deployment challenges.
- Knowledge of enterprise requirements regarding security, scalability, governance, and reliability.

- Experience working with banking, financial services, or insurance technology platforms.
