What you will do

• Identify opportunities to apply data, AI, and computational technologies to bioconjugation and scientific development.
• Partner with scientists and business stakeholders to translate research challenges into digital solutions.
• Define digital use cases, success criteria, user stories, and high-level functional requirements.
• Lead agile teams of subject matter experts, data scientists, data engineers, and IT partners.
• Manage solution delivery from concept to deployment, driving adoption, stakeholder alignment, and value realization.
• Monitor scientific and digital trends, recommend future capabilities, and mentor teams across the organization.

Requirements

• PhD in Chemistry, Bioconjugation, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Computational Sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CDMO, CRO, or related scientific environments.
• Experience applying digital, data science, computational, or AI-driven approaches to research and development.
• Ability to translate scientific needs into scalable digital products, capabilities, or solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience with digital transformation, scientific workflow digitalization, analytics, AI/ML, or innovation strategy.
