What you will do
- Coordinate the full budget development lifecycle for clinical trial change orders.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Finance, Contracts, and global and regional project managers.
- Set budget schedules, coordinate contributor input, and ensure final budgets meet deadlines.
- Prepare resource and service fees using algorithms and electronic spreadsheets.
- Analyze final costs, provide feedback, and identify, resolve, or escalate budget issues.
- Support customer presentations of change order budgets when requested.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or international equivalent, preferably in Science, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- At least five years of relevant industry experience, including three years in budget development.
- Understanding of CRO services and clinical trial processes and procedures.
- Strong mathematics skills and the ability to apply basic accounting and finance concepts.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Excellent organization, communication, prioritization, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
