What you will do

• Plan and execute PR activities across products, markets, campaigns, launches, events, awards, and executive visibility initiatives.
• Create press releases, expert articles, interviews, media pitches, talking points, executive commentary, and opinion pieces.
• Develop messaging, narratives, and media angles for B2B and technical audiences.
• Build relationships with international journalists, editors, media outlets, partners, and event organisers.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Events, Business Development, Legal, and Analytics teams.
• Monitor PR performance, analyse campaign results, improve workflows, and escalate sensitive risks.

Requirements

• English at C1/C2 level with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Russian at B2 level or higher.
• At least 5 years of experience in Public Relations or Marketing Communications.
• Experience in iGaming, B2B SaaS, fintech, crypto, or another complex technology-driven industry.
• Strong expertise in PR strategy, messaging, positioning, media relations, reputation management, and editorial writing.
• Experience with international media outreach, PR performance analysis, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries such as iGaming, fintech, or crypto.
• Experience with media monitoring platforms, Share of Voice analysis, quality scoring, and PR reporting dashboards.
• Experience supporting executive profiling, thought leadership, speaking engagements, and contributed content.
• Experience using AI tools for research, reporting, workflow automation, or content development.
