Sr. Specialist Marcom (Marketing)

A leading MENA local delivery platform operating across approximately 65 countries as part of a publicly listed global delivery technology group.

What you will do

• Plan, develop, and execute 360-degree brand campaigns, CRM promotions, and performance marketing initiatives for customer acquisition and retention.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver campaign assets and activities on schedule.
• Manage media planning, campaign exposure, brand KPIs, performance monitoring, and post-campaign reporting.
• Oversee social media moderation, content creation, brand responses, competitor monitoring, and influencer communications.
• Lead on-ground activations, event branding, invitations, supplier coordination, giveaways, and event setup.
• Support CSR and PR communications while controlling vendor costs and ensuring accurate financial documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in consumer marketing, e-commerce, online services, or a related field, with measurable results.
• Experience in campaign management, preferably CRM or CVM within an e-commerce company.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong prioritization, and fast execution.
• Proactive ownership and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to complete projects.
