Location: Onsite in Taichung or Taipei, Taiwan

What you will do
- Lead the complete institutional OTC sales cycle, from lead generation through relationship management.
- Source and acquire HNWIs, market makers, institutional funds, and trading desks.
- Pitch liquidity solutions and structure and close large-volume stablecoin trades.
- Build long-term liquidity relationships and support seamless transaction execution.
- Coordinate institutional clients with trading, compliance, legal, and product teams.
- Contribute to trading volume, revenue growth, and market expansion in digital assets.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in institutional sales, financial business development, or an OTC trading desk.
- Deep knowledge of stablecoin mechanics, including fiat-backed, algorithmic, and crypto-backed models.
- Understanding of mint and burn flows and multi-chain dynamics across Ethereum, Tron, Solana, and Layer 2 networks.
- Strong grasp of global AML, KYC, and Travel Rule requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to navigate evolving stablecoin regulations and explain complex settlement flows clearly.
