What you will do

• Lead go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and features.
• Design, launch, and monitor campaigns and promotions with marketing, product, sales, and data teams.
• Drive conversion rate optimisation, user engagement, transaction frequency, and seller performance.
• Own initiatives such as enhanced listing options, targeted promotions, and user incentives.
• Build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable insights for platform performance and user satisfaction.
• Coordinate planning, implementation, and communication between technical teams and business units.

Requirements

• Experience developing and executing successful go-to-market plans, preferably in automotive, e-commerce, or technology.
• Strong experience managing sales funnels and exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, customer segmentation, and campaign analytics.
• Strong reasoning, problem-solving, project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent Vietnamese and English required. SQL or BigQuery familiarity is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of or passion for the vehicle industry and automotive market trends.
• Experience with SQL or BigQuery.
