What you will do

• Research and identify senior decision-makers aligned with summit themes and objectives.
• Build targeted prospect lists using CRM tools, databases, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
• Write and launch targeted marketing email campaigns to generate high-quality inbound inquiries.
• Maintain contact database accuracy and data quality.
• Meet weekly and monthly goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales professionals across EMEA and North America.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, market research, and/or lead generation.
• Experience creating and launching strategic email marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Recognized degree or diploma; Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
