Lead Data Scientist (Generative AI)

What you will do

• Define the technical vision for generative AI and agentic AI initiatives in alignment with business goals.
• Design and implement multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or comparable frameworks.
• Shape AI strategies with clients and translate complex technical concepts into production-ready solutions.
• Build and deploy AI/ML systems on Azure, AWS, and GCP in collaboration with MLOps and DevOps teams.
• Establish end-to-end AI development practices covering data pipelines, model training, LLMOps, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor Data Scientists and ML Engineers and contribute to technical publications, case studies, and industry events.

Requirements

• Advanced Python skills and hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, NLP, transformer models, LLMs, and fine-tuning methods.
• Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, multi-agent system design, and autonomous decision-making patterns.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions to major cloud providers and managing the full ML lifecycle at production scale.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring Data Science or ML teams, shaping technical vision, and communicating with executive and non-technical stakeholders.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field; upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency required.
