What you will do

• Produce high-volume motion ad variations and iterate quickly using performance data and creative feedback.
• Translate the brand essence into visual assets for diverse audiences across paid media channels.
• Interpret metrics across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display, and other channels, connecting creative decisions to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across touchpoints.
• Experiment with motion techniques and AI tools to improve creative performance.
• Own the video production process from concept through editing and final delivery.

Requirements

• Proven motion design experience for paid media channels, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Display.
• Experience with performance marketing or user acquisition advertising and the ability to design for measurable outcomes.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Hands-on experience with AI-native tools such as Kling, Sora, Seedance, ElevenLabs, Nanobana, RunwayML, Midjourney, or Adobe Firefly.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of motion principles, colour theory, typography, paid media metrics, and end-to-end video production.
