What you will do

• Respond to client inquiries through calls, emails, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and platform usage.
• Guide clients through troubleshooting and resolve support issues.

• Escalate complex or unresolved cases and share process-improvement feedback.

Requirements

• Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts, including night shifts and occasional weekends.
• University degree or relevant experience in customer support or HORECA.
• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Legal authorisation to work in Cyprus is required.
