Client Support Agent (24/7 Shift Rotation)

Location: Hybrid position based in Larnaca, Cyprus, with two days working from home. Applicants must have legal authorisation to work in Cyprus. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are available. The role includes rotating 24/7 shifts, occasional weekends, eight-hour shifts with a 30-minute break, and six-hour night shifts.

What you will do

• Respond to client inquiries through calls, emails, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and platform usage.
• Guide clients through troubleshooting and resolve support issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases and share process-improvement feedback.

Requirements

• Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts, including night shifts and occasional weekends.
• University degree or relevant experience in customer support or HORECA.
• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Legal authorisation to work in Cyprus is required.
