AI DevOps Engineer

Location: Hybrid work in Utrecht, Netherlands; 36–40 hours per week.

Salary: €5,030–€7,183 gross per month for a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Azure-based Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines across development, test, and production environments.
• Build and maintain infrastructure for a high-volume customer-facing voicebot, including Azure Speech Services and AudioCodes platform components.
• Integrate telephony platforms, AudioCodes solutions, and Azure AI Services to enable reliable voice interactions at scale.
• Contribute to the development and deployment of AI Voice Agents for customer service use cases.
• Support the migration from legacy speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and chatbot architectures to native speech model solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize cloud, deployment, telephony, and voice-quality issues.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Azure cloud engineering, including Infrastructure as Code such as Bicep or ARM.
• At least 2 years of experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and applying DevOps practices in enterprise environments.
• Experience automating and deploying cloud resources across multiple environments.
• Ability to collaborate with AI engineers and Copilot specialists on production AI solutions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Utrecht, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise voice platforms and telephony integrations.
• Knowledge of AudioCodes solutions and cloud-based AI service integrations.
