Team Coordinator (Gamedev)

Location: Remote from Ukraine

An independent external game development partner delivering creative and technical services for AAA and AA games across multiple platforms.

What you will do

• Support team performance and development through feedback, evaluations, and 1:1 meetings.
• Coordinate capacity planning and self-development activities.
• Assist with onboarding and adaptation of new team members.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including time tracking, out-of-office requests, and IT or administrative issues.
• Organize team events, demos, team-building activities, and portfolio-related tasks.
• Support internship programs in collaboration with the Internship Coordinator and Team Leads.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in team coordination, people operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to coordinate tasks across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working with data, reports, and basic performance tracking.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Good written and spoken English and Ukrainian; remote work from Ukraine.
