What you will do
- Own and manage end-to-end project plans across teams and stakeholders to align milestones and priorities.
- Make key decisions on scope and trade-offs in collaboration with product and technical leaders.
- Serve as the primary risk owner, maintaining mitigation plans and driving resolutions.
- Facilitate daily agile processes and monitor project execution for development teams.
- Identify technical risks and gaps early to work with management on effective solutions.
- Communicate development progress and provide visibility into risks during status meetings.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in complex software R&D projects.
- Hands-on background in software R&D or system integration roles.
- Strong system-level understanding and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira and agile/scrum methodologies.
- Experience in software development environments, especially embedded systems.
