What you will do

• Monitor social trends, formats, and conversations and identify opportunities aligned with the brand.
• Write captions, scripts, and platform-specific copy in a distinctive, conversational brand voice.
• Develop, shoot, and edit short-form videos using a phone.
• Generate and pitch creative ideas for product launches and broader campaigns.
• Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, designers, and cross-functional partners.
• Connect customers with stories about the company's social and environmental impact.

Requirements

• Several years of relevant experience; this is not an entry-level role.
• Strong understanding of internet culture, social platforms, trends, and audience behavior.
• Excellent short-form copywriting skills and the ability to adapt brand voice by platform.
• Comfort shooting and editing short-form video independently.
• Ability to assess creative ideas, work from loose direction, and deliver with limited hand-holding.
• Genuine interest in purpose-led work and social impact.
