Location: Remote, but candidates must live in the Los Angeles area. Reliable transportation and a smartphone with a high-quality camera are required.

Salary: $500 monthly stipend after completing baseline content deliverables, plus uncapped 15%–35% commission on sourced and closed advertising and sponsored packages. Additional bonuses may apply.

What you will do

• Film and produce original Reels and social posts featuring local family activities.
• Manage and engage with the local hirify.global Instagram community.
• Identify, pitch, and secure advertising and sponsored content partnerships.
• Build relationships with local venues, camps, and family-oriented businesses.
• Manage content deadlines, emails, and weekly team huddles on a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Must live in the Los Angeles area.
• Own a smartphone with a high-quality camera and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to create clean, engaging short-form video content and write helpful captions.
• Confidence approaching and pitching local business owners.
• Strong organization and ability to meet content deadlines.
• Genuine knowledge of and enthusiasm for the local community and family activities.
