What you will do

• Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks against quality rubrics and production standards.
• Review factual accuracy, formatting, visual hierarchy, readability, structure, charts, tables, typography, and slide design.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, technical, and presentation issues that affect professionalism or usability.
• Provide concise, structured, and actionable written feedback to improve AI-generated outputs.
• Collaborate asynchronously with subject-matter experts to maintain consistency across evaluation datasets.
• Work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain high quality across assigned deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in document production, presentation production, quality assurance, content QA, publishing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in reviewing professional documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and business deliverables.
• Native or professional-level English fluency with strong written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and critical judgment.
• Ability to write clear, concise, structured, and constructive feedback.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly PowerPoint and Google Slides.
