What you will do

• Design and develop workshop scenarios based on Kotlin mobile test automation, Appium, Android emulators, and AI-assisted QA workflows.
• Create sandbox environments, CI failure simulations, debugging exercises, and Root Cause Analysis investigations.
• Develop facilitator guides, reference solutions, and workshop materials for hands-on learning.
• Lead interactive online workshops guiding experienced QA engineers through collaborative investigations and AI-assisted debugging.
• Help learners apply AI coding assistants to generate tests, analyze failures, and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers and curriculum teams to ensure technical accuracy and learning effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Mobile QA Automation or Software Test Automation with Kotlin and Android testing.
• Practical experience with Appium-based mobile automation frameworks and Android emulators.
• Experience investigating CI pipeline failures, regression failures, and performing Root Cause Analysis.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants for test generation and debugging.
• Experience mentoring engineers and delivering technical workshops.
• Professional fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Allure Reports/TestOps.
• Experience designing hands-on technical training and workshops.
• Availability to work within European time zones.
