Location: Remote, Canada only. Work is fully remote and asynchronous.

Salary: $80–$150 per hour.

What you will do

• Develop task-specific grading criteria for brand identity systems, visual guidelines, campaign assets, packaging concepts, and related deliverables.
• Evaluate AI-generated and human-created design work against professional standards.
• Score submissions consistently and provide detailed, evidence-based written justifications.
• Assess typography, layout, hierarchy, color, composition, consistency, brand expression, and creative effectiveness.
• Refine evaluation frameworks through structured feedback and senior-reviewer calibration.
• Contribute insights that improve AI model performance and design evaluation data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, brand design, visual design, art direction, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience in a leading design studio, creative agency, consumer brand, technology company, or comparable senior design environment.
• Deep expertise in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color theory, composition, brand systems, and visual communication.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional-level design judgment and sophisticated visual work.
• Excellent written communication, analytical thinking, critical judgment, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and asynchronously, meet deadlines, and apply evaluation criteria consistently.
