CX Automations Engineer (AI): Building and deploying AI agents, LLM workflows, and support automations for a global customer relations operation with an accent on workflow orchestration, backend integrations, and operational efficiency. Location: Hybrid position in Tel Aviv, Israel

What you will do
- Build, code, and deploy automated solutions and AI agents that reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Architect and maintain complex workflows and backend integrations using orchestration platforms such as Torq.
- Design, test, and optimize prompt chains, autonomous agents, and custom LLM workflows.
- Analyze support data to identify manual effort and implement automation improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, CRM, and Data teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
- Define and track deflection, cost-saving, and CSAT KPIs to improve automation performance.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience building and shipping AI-driven applications or complex automations.
- BSc in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic to intermediate scripting skills in Python or JavaScript, plus experience with AI coding assistants such as Cursor or Copilot.
- Practical experience with Torq, Make, Zapier, Zendesk, or Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and data analysis.
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English is required.
